Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a h by17-0061st laptop

lot of trouble with battery drain after shutting down and keeping charge

already replaced internal battery last year 

only way to turn on is by plugging in charger 

and then that is hard to do sometimes 

already was looked at by a reputable computer tech I trust 

any insight is helpful
