Hp envy 13-ba0003tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am a pained customer of HP Envy laptop. My one year old two months old laptop (warranty just expired) hinges started malfunctioning on the 27th of October 2021. I reported the issue to the nearest service centre which is operated by Sysnetglobal, on inspecting the laptop they told me that it is a faulty design from the company and they have been receiving similar problems with other customers as well. I requested them to help me get my laptop back in normal condition but they refused to do any repairs to this faulty design under warranty. With no option left I paid the quotation fee on the 28th of October 2021. I request HP to please help me with the issue and provide me with a resolution so that I can start using my laptop again. Attaching the quotation provided for repair. I hope HP responds to this design fault and repairs my laptop at no charge.

Hi@Prakhar8292,

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Apologies for all the inconvenience

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
