Hello, i have new Hp envy 16 (17-13700h, rtx 4060) This laptop is overheating badly, even tho i set the max cpu power to 90% while the usage is around 30-40% im getting 85-97°C have noticed that the vent on the side is exhausting very minimal air or almost none. this normal for this laptop? Any possible fix?

With new soldering technology, machines can survive over  90°C but not so lọng We need to let it rest or cool down. Please use a cool pad when playing games or heavy works:
