Hi ,
This is regarding my hp laptop which I bought two year ago
Since the next day I purchased it I start to facing audio driver issue which was a intermittent issue
So the sales person diagnosed it at that time sound issue not persist then I came to mumbai it due to my work pressure i tool this sound issue lightly ,
After after one year laptop display stopped working so , through onsite support I got it replaced ,and as well as i also got the speaker replaced
After two months again display hing issue occurred
Again I got is replaced
Now again after 4 months my battery become and laptop is running very slow on power
So since the day I have purchased this unit I am continuously facing issues
It is laptop of worth 1 lakh
I am not getting a proper support.
I want it to be escalate this to the higher level
I want a new laptop unit in replacement ,as I am continuously facing atleast one issue since I have purchased this unit , or i want my battery should get replaced free of cost
