I've had a hp360 for the past 2 years without any problems. I noticed the screen flickering between being black and the lock screen earlier so I powered it off. When i went to start it after several hours of being off it won't restart. I've tried all I can and I need for my classes tomorrow. Is their any way to try getting it to start, it's like the keyboard won't even respond.

Hi @pertio
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP Envy x360. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get it working:
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect all external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
- Unplug the AC adapter from the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the AC adapter and try turning on the laptop.
Check Power Connection:
- Ensure that the power adapter is plugged into a working power outlet.
- Try using a different power outlet if possible.
- Check if there are any signs of damage to the power cable or the adapter.
Inspect for Physical Damage:
- Examine the laptop for any physical damage, especially around the power button.
- Check if there are any loose connections or visible damage.
External Display:
- Connect your laptop to an external monitor using the appropriate cable.
- If the external monitor displays an image, it could be an issue with the laptop's built-in display.
Battery Issues:
- If your laptop has a removable battery, try removing it and then reconnecting it.
- If the battery is not removable, you may need to contact HP support for further assistance.
BIOS Reset:
- Some users have reported success by resetting the laptop's BIOS. To do this, you might need to refer to the laptop's user manual or contact HP support for guidance.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
