Hp error 601

I have an hp envy x360 convertible (M4C71UAR#ABA), I recently (March 25th, 2019) replaced my battery after getting the notification when starting the computer of a windows error 601 suggesting I may need to replace the battery. I did ship an replace the battery from Amazon but this has hardly served 3 months and i now get the same message of windows error 601.

The battery was lasting 7 to 8 hrs when 1st installed but since the error message started running for 1 to 2 hrs thou with persistence in the charging patterns and periodic discharge, it has since improved to 3 hrs average work time. The message still appears.

What can I do as I can't keep buying batteries, does hp have a solution to provide battery parts in Uganda because I am feeling betrayed by the quality in could have bought off Amazon. I need a lasting solution.

I have run the "component test (battery check)" but under results on the same page, it shows cancelled

Is this a factory error in this particular laptop model's  design. I have used hp laptops all my life but never had these challenges with battery like this particular one.
