Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Hp Laptop 15-bs0xx , Processor Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3060 @1.60 GHz, Ram 4.00GB. What is the maximum Ram that I can install. And can I update the Intel to an i3 of higher.
