Hi @Aditya1412,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To run HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI on your HP Laptop PC 15, follow these steps.

Turn off your laptop

  • Completely shut down your HP laptop.

Access UEFI Diagnostics

  1. Turn on the laptop by pressing the power button.
  2. Immediately press the Esc key repeatedly (about once per second) until the Startup Menu appears.
  3. From the Startup Menu, press F2 to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI.

Run Diagnostics

  • In the UEFI menu, you'll have several diagnostic options:
    • System Tests: Perform quick or extensive checks on major hardware components (memory, hard drive, etc.).
    • Component Tests: Run individual tests on specific hardware components like the processor, battery, or wireless module.

Review the Results

  • Once the tests are completed, the results will show on the screen.
    • If any component fails, you may be provided with a failure ID which can be used for support.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
