Hi @Aditya1412,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To run HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI on your HP Laptop PC 15, follow these steps.
Turn off your laptop
- Completely shut down your HP laptop.
Access UEFI Diagnostics
- Turn on the laptop by pressing the power button.
- Immediately press the Esc key repeatedly (about once per second) until the Startup Menu appears.
- From the Startup Menu, press F2 to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI.
Run Diagnostics
- In the UEFI menu, you'll have several diagnostic options:
- System Tests: Perform quick or extensive checks on major hardware components (memory, hard drive, etc.).
- Component Tests: Run individual tests on specific hardware components like the processor, battery, or wireless module.
Review the Results
- Once the tests are completed, the results will show on the screen.
- If any component fails, you may be provided with a failure ID which can be used for support.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
