Hi i have a hp laptop 15s-fq4033nl. Recently my pc won't detect the internal speakers, it doesn't show up in the device manager or audio settings. I tried updating the drivers on the official hp site but it dind't work. I then updated the bios but that didnt' work either. What can i do?

Hi @romokdu2 

 

follow these steps:

 

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
