Why hp didn't have the support or drivers download page for hp 15s-dr2008tu model. Where I can download drivers manually for hp laptop?.

No, HP does not supply drivers for many models separately. You can use drivers for the WHOLE series, it your case it is HP 15s-dr2000 series

Thank you very much for the quick response. 

 

How to choose the correct network drivers and do we need to install the Intel firmware driver also ?.

Why hp they are doing like this ? We're paying cash and buying there laptop but they are doing like this ? We're not buying the bargain laptop or old fashion laptop. This is 10th gen laptop with high price (in our country). Why they can't maintain for drivers download for separate models ( i3,i5,i7). ?   

 

Why my laptop battery design capacity is lesser than the original charge capacity ?

I did the battery calibration also. I did four times battery calibration,  but the charger capacity is differ from design capacity. I brought this laptop just 3 days back.
