Hi . So I bought a HP Probook 440 G5 i3 in 2018 or 19 and the warrenty ended in 2020. Bit recently when I installed hp support asistant it shows hp recalled my laptop for battery recall. The battery of my unit was fully puffed so i replaced it and sent it to a recycle center. After while when I about to install drivers after fresh windows install this massage poped out that my unit was in list of recalled products. So i contacted hp support bangladesh and sent them a email. Now after a long Time they called back to me saying if i had the original puffed battery with me. (Who keeps one anyway?). I said them no and i did had pictures and of the original one i told them and as i wrote them in the email. Now they say they can't do anything about this. Is there something actually they can do or i missed my chance ?  My touchpad was almost out from frame because of that puffed battery.
