Hp pavilion 14-ce3504na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I purchased my hp pavilion 14-ce3504na in January this year and have not been happy with it.The fan noise is driving me crazy. I don't do anything heavy with it, mostly  reading. Even when idle, it makes loud noise.

I used the virtual assistant which advised updating the BIOS, did that without positive result.

I have tried all the troubleshooting tips found on this forum without success.

I contacted my local support team and they advised a hard reset which I have done but the annoying noise is still present.

I am disappointed in this product and in Hp to be honest. My last laptop was Hp and I used it for 9 years without issues. I went for Hp again thinking that my experience will be same or better but here I am.

I need answers/solution to this problem.

Thanks.

@SG202 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting fan noise.

As you have stated that you have already updated the BIOS. Still issue not resolved.

The issue seems to be a fan. I would request you contact our phone support and check for the support options.

They will help you.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Or you can contact the local service center for repair.
