Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I own an HP pavilion 15 gaming laptop ec-2000. It is not turning on. I went to service centre. They said charging port is not working. Is it covered under warranty as I have purchased the care pack valid till 2024? If it is not covered under warranty my question is can i change the charging port myself would it void my warranty?
