Hello, ive been having issues with the fans of my laptop for about some months now at first i thought it wasnt that serious but it has weird grinding issues and i often experience serious fps drops. I was wondering the part number for new fans i could buy to replace my current ones?

Hi @hiki3
I would like to help, but I will need the product number of your laptop so I will be able to get your laptop's specific configuration.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type msinfo32 into the search box in the task bar and press enter.
That will invoke the system information app. It will appear with a list of information about your laptop.
The ninth line in the list is your laptop's SKU / HP product number. Post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

Hi.
2P6A7AV is the base model product number. It does not help me determine your laptop's specific hardware configuration.
What I need is the product name and number from the system information dialogue.
