SO when I try to play beamng.drive it will lag a lot but my computer says I have an Nvidia GeForce card sticker next to my I7 core 8th gen. I tried to go to the device manager and see hidden stuff but it was not there and when I go to the Nvidia page and download Geforce experience it says no Nvidia driver found?!
