Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 15t-dq100 CTO

This morning when I opened my laptop there was a loud noise and I saw that the screen popped out of the bottom left corner and the hinge is slightly loose. I have not used the convertible feature in years and always open the laptop very carefully. I did some research and saw that many people have this same issue and it is due to the manufacturing. I am not in a position to pay for a new laptop or and expensive repair, especially if the issue is not my fault, and I have to use my laptop every day.

Sorry, but we are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not associated with HP.


We have no access to other HP functional areas including: billing, repair (i.e., Service Centers), sales, or legal (i.e., warranty).
