Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, Following the update of windows 10 20H2 the digital fingerprint reader is not recognized

It worked great before (Windows 1909)

 

On the computer's drivers page I have tried everything but it doesn't work!

 

 

Can you help me please?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the fingerprint reader is not working after updating the computer to Windows version 20H2.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I see that there are no drivers available for your computer for Windows 10 operating system. You need to wait for a driver update from Microsoft or install the previous version of Windows where everything was working fine.
