Product: Pavilion x2 detachable
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dock where keyboard, usb, hdmi, and alternate charging port doesn’t connect to tablet and touch screen is unresponsive on tablet, but both power on and boot up just fine.

 

i have intermittently been able to make the dock work to permit a login screen, but only with a fully charged battery.

I have since been able to make the dock work.

 

the touch screen doesn’t even show up in the device manager.

 

this device is very much a touch screen.

 

i am convinced there is a lack of OS support for this as it initially worked fine, Microsoft updated 10 and it stopped working.

 

how do I make the computer recognize its own touchscreen?
