HP Recommended

Hi, today morning, my laptop (HP pavilion x360 m Converitiblr Model 14m-dh1003dx) was working just fine until the screen went black. I thought the battery died so I hurried to get my charger and plugged it in. However, I did not see the usual red light when I plug in the charger. I tried unplugging the box looking thing that connects with the charger (a cable perhaps?). But it didn’t work. I even used my other HP charger to check if it would at least charge, but nothing seemed to happen. My other HP laptop (the same model) works perfectly fine when I charge them, but the one that’s currently not opening doesn’t work. I tried pressing the power button and holding it in place for a few moments, but that didn’t work either. I even held my fingers on the “B”, “Windows” and “Power” buttons as what the internet suggests, but again, it didn’t work… I would really appreciate if someone can help me solve this madness. I need my laptop ASAP for work! Thank you. Have a great day.
