• In My HP elite book Its showing HP PC hardware diagnostics UEFI but the main thing is My inbulid keyboard Is not working And I have Another wire keyboard You know So My question is Why my wire keyboard is not working One of my friend said that the wire keyboard is not gonna work So please help

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

In most cases the internal keyboard ribon cable has come loose, so please check.

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

It looks something like this:

You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information about the computer. This is not sensitive data.

It is allowed to publish it in public.

No that's not the product number.

(1) Please check keyboard cable, it most cases it has come loose.

(1) Disconnect charger

(2) Disconnect battery

(3) Reseat keyboard ribon cable correctly

(4) Press and hold <power> button for 30s

(5) Connect battery

(6) Connect charger

(7) Power on notebook

(8) Please report your results
