Hp spectre 13 x360 gem cut ap0081tu in blue
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So, yesterday I bought hp spectre 13, 512gb in blue color in local warranty from an authorized hp dealer.

I took the laptop home and as soon as I started using it, it's keys started coming off like a piece of puzzle. They weren't attached to the laptop securely at all and were coming off so easily and I was shocked as I had just bought it.

I went and got it returned as it was surely a defective unit.

I really loved it otherwise, it's specs and everything was great except that issue but now I'm scared and don't know if I should buy hp spectre from another dealer.. And in another model. Will I face this issue again? Does all hp spectres out there face such issue? It was a really bad experience
