HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch012nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My battery got bloated too, I replaced it with non HP battery and every time I turn on the laptop it shows me the message that non HP battery detected, which is annoying as i have to press enter before the laptop will boot up, but the real issue is that when the battery got bloated my bottom case hinges broke as the battery pushed the bottom out.

I searched for the bottom part replacement everywhere, not just HP but any China made bottom part replacement to fix the computer,  but failed =(

The bottom part sits on screws, but as it also got bended when the battery blew up it is not a perfect fit anymore...

Did anyone find the bottom case part replacement for model 15-ch012nr?

It has a mesh for fans on the top, not in the middle (this part is sold everywhere).

I have replaced many batteries in notebooks.

I always use batteries that have the HP part number and LOGO.

I have never had a BIOS complain that a non HP battery has been detected.
