Hp spectre x360 15-bl012dx

Unfortunately I've noticed that my upper usb-c port does not work on my Hp spectre x360 15-bl012dx and I would greatly appreciate if anyone could provide a working solution.  I've tried everything from updating and flashing the bios, uninstalling and reinstalling usb drivers, ran all windows updates, and attempted to shutdown and restart laptop while holding various keys to reboot chipset. I've also ran a usb port check and the usb-c port failed and provided a failure ID code: GU2P68-8K9A9U-MFPUQ1-8D5L03

I reviewed your post and I understand that the USB C port on the computer is not working.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the failure ID you have shared and looks like the USB port is gone bad. I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
