My active stylus broke while still under warranty; the pen just collapsed under itself and the nib receded back into the pen, upon calling support and asking for my warranty to be upheld; they very quickly did - which I was very impressed with, I was told that I would receive a new stylus in the mail.... I got this parcel 3 days later - again, very quick and impressive.
Then I opened it up and was not so impressed, 3 new nibs to replace my broken one... but I can't get the broken one out of the tip of the pen in the first place - so I have been given a close to useless package; to no fault of the service rep. I searched around to try and find how to remove it, then gave up and called support - got hand-balled between 3 operators before I got to the one that I needed to talk to, who then decided that I was actually meant to talk to someone else, that's fine. But I wasn't transferred. I got 'please hold on the line while I transfer you' and then the sound of my phone telling me that I had been hung up on.
Does ANYONE know how to remove the tip of the pen; considering being a student and low income, the money I forked out for what looked like a great quality pen/ stylus duo I am left really perplexed and I am now starting to think that they are trying to convince me to fork out another 110 bucks for another pen...
Sorry to whoever the sorry person is that has to read me rant (sorry employee), I know it isn't your fault - thankyou for any suggestions.
