Hi All,
This issue started after I replaced my battery from HP service center. I bought my laptop in 2016. After using 5 years, in October 2021 I replaced my battery after I got error message while booting my system . The first month after battery replacement I did not get any issue but after that I am facing many issues. I have calibrated the battery multiple timed due to the issues. Tried updating the bios but it did not work.
1. My Support assistant is not recognizing the battery after the battery replacement.
2. Battery charging speed has reduced drastically.
3. My battery is full charged which I came to know because of white charging light but the windows charging percentage shows very less and stuck on it. Multiple times I have calibrated which fixes the percentage battery but it again occurring in 2 to 3 days.
4.When I run component test it is showing failed but My battery is only 3 months old.
5. While charging many times the screen started flickering and noise started coming from the speakers.
Please help me.

From your description of the issue, the SMART circuit of the battery is not communicating with the Diagnostic utility or the charging firmware of the notebook.
I suggest communicating with the vendor you purchased the battery from and requesting a replacement.
