Hp v220w 128gb Flash Drive

I had Ordered the HP v220w 128GB Flash Drive. When I connected it to my laptop, Firstly the device was not recognized and after many attempts to format the drive ,it was able to be recognized, and was successfully connected to laptop. But, the problem after that was, I can't do anything within the Pen Drive. When I tried to copy a bunch of things it always showed the error and pop a message that the drive is removed or it is not recognized, when the drive is connected to the Laptop the whole time, So I think the memory(or Storage) of the Drive is corrupted and I want to replace it. I Have been Trying to connect Hp Support but the Serial Number of my Pen Drive is showing Invalid Serial Number. Please help me solve this issue ASAP and On the packaging of this Pen Drive it have 2 years warrently also.
