I purchased my laptop HP victus 15 on August 2022. After my warranty expired, my laptop started posing problems. Firstly, laptop wasn’t charging randomly. Then, laptop’s audio stopped working at odd times and then it used to start working randomly. Now, it stopped working completely as it is not powering on at all. After inspecting, it was found that motherboard is not working. I was so pissed and disappointed to hear this as Motherboard is something which is designed to be robust and within 1.5 years pf usage, it can’t be possible for it to stop working. Also after calling customer care, they said that it will cost me another 615$ to get this repaired. I genuinely believe that this is not my fault at all and I have had previous laptop which were really good and that too were hp laptops. Even with this laptop, there is not a single piece of physical damage or in any cases where I let the battery be discharged or overcharged. I hope I can get some compensation for this because I have genuinely lost trust in HP.
