@HPSupport My HP Victus hinge failed/separated immediately after the warranty expired. This is a widely reported structural defect affecting many Victus users, not user damage. As a student, I cannot afford the quoted ₹3000 repair. Please cover this repair under goodwill due to the premature, systemic component failure. I hope it will support by your side .
