Product: HP Notebook 14-dq1033cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought HyperPKI_ePass2003 digital signature hardware token. In spite of installing the drivers the device is not being recognised by the system windows 10.  

It is working in other systems with windows 10 perfectly . What could be the reason?

The driver Microsoft USBccid Smart Card Reader is showing message

"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

 

I tried to update but not working.
