My seller said to me that vega 8 is of 2 gb vram and i didn't have enough knowledge to check it...

Right now i got to know rhat vega 8 has only 512 vram as per showing in my pc and i checked few forums and quara they said it can expand up to 4 gb... Please help me i am feeling like i got cheated please let me know how to increase... I have search for advanced bios but it's not there too...

After reading your post, I did go through the 
Product Specifications of your product and found out that your computer shipped with 

8 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB)

I know it a 8gb varient but i increased my ram from 8gb to 24gb by adding a 16gb ram to into it...

I got to know from somewhere increasing ram will increase vram too but it didn't worked for me... That's why i came to hp support as i am the owner of a hp product and customer of hp so... They can help me... As i paid for the service...

Please help me... I genuinely want to increase...

Feeling very cheated if you can't able to help me...

As the shopkeeper sold me this by saying 2gb graphics in this laptop

I am not familiar with this model, but have you checked the BIOS settings to see if there is a way to allocate memory there?

No advanced menu available in the BIOS, Thats why i am demanding an BIOS update specific for my laptop so i can have the vram increased...
