Hi Team, 

 

We are facing an issue with the HP Zook G10 Firefly laptop as the external speakers are not working.  As the speakers are going mute. We are using the WINDOWS 11 23 H2 OS. Tried with the audio drivers which is compatible drivers and updated the BIOS checked in Device manager and under sound and audio.  I am still facing the same issue after 1 week the laptops external speakers are not working. 

 

We need support
