In the starting laptop works fine and after few days of usage it starts getting weird. It was really very slow (i know hard drives are slow as compared to ssd but this one is a lot slower than an hdd computer it struggles to load welcome on windows boot up screen) from starting but after a few days i start getting random hickups and then i see a bsod with error code named "system_service_exception" i even tried restoring to the software provided by HP using a recovery drive but again it worked well few days and then again started getting bsod. I saw disk usage and it was going upto 100% and going to 0% suddenly. If i put defragment to regularly the graph is normal but otherwise it is normal. I would also like to mention that if i stress test CPU then it goes only upto 2.7ghz but my max boost clock is 3.4ghz even in high performance mode. But normally it actually goes upto 3.4ghz when i am not pushing to 100%. I gave my laptop to a technician he told me that CPU TDP was higher than usual and he fixed it still facing this issue there is nothing running heavy in the background that can hamper the experience.
Even battery drains very fast while on battery power first i used to get around 4 hrs of backup but now i am getting on 2hrs of screen on time.
Please help me solve this problem i cannot go to service center because its too far.
Also my warranty expired a year ago so its a two year old laptop.

Thanks a lot for the reply i was really concerned about motherboard or processor failure because it costs a lot to replace.
All other test in diagnosis passed successfully except hard drive sometimes passed and sometimes failed.

Hard drives fail all the time and after 2 years you cannot trace it back to manufacture. You are going to need to replace it and it is not as expensive as you fear. The Forum exists exactly to help people with issues like this and we re here to answer any questions.

Ok thanks for your help atleast i am able to figure out the problem. And i will replace it on my own and transfer the lisence again. I know the cost but i just asked if in case there was a chance for free replacement and it isn't there so i would purchase one.

Here is a basic tool to check hard drive and fix it. It's the same command that Disk Properties use to check for Errors. That's how you do that.
C:\Windows\system32>chkdsk

I faced this about 8 months ago and was struck in chkdsk loop my laptop won't turn on at all after which i recoverd using a recovery CD and now i won't try it again because i don't want to get struck. I think this was also a sign of hard drive failure. 2 years back when i bought the laptop i was getting hickups since the starting and then it increased last year causing bsod because probably hardrive undergo a lot more wear and tear due to defect and hence started failing eventually and might not even be able to boot up in future if i don't replace it.

chkdsk does not "fix" anything it just reallocates (moves) data around. If the hard drive gives an error in the diagnostic test it has to be replaced. chkdsk might buy you a little time but not a permanent solution
