Hi Team,
I get Hard Disk error when I boot my system and I ran diagnostic test and got below error code.
My system is also slow. Any idea how I can resolve this?
My product details is as below:
My product name: HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Product ID : M1X51UA#ABL
Failure ID is PLPS6K-7PMALV-MFPWMG-60EH03

Hi,
The failure id indicates "Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure"
So, if you can still boot into Windows you should backup any important data to an external drive/cloud
You could replace the HDD with a 2.5" SATA 3 SSD from your preferred brand and capacity which would give a great boost to the everyday performance of the machine
Example
On page 40 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive

You can create a USB drive (on a different PC) with Windows on it and then use to clean install Windows on the new Drive
