Product: BS 576tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As I mentioned earlier keys such as b,n,caps,7,delete and few more are not working. I didn't spill anything on keyboard or do anything that'll harm the keyboard. I mailed you about 4-5 months ago but you didn't replied at that time. Please help me with this issue 🙏.

HP Recommended

Run the diagnostics for the keyboard. Tap esc as you power up then F2 and component tests. Pick keyboard and you will get a function test on each key. Seems the keyboard may need replacement which is not an easy or inexpensive job.
