Hi , I looking for parts number touchpad this model : HP PAVILION G6 2381SA

I need to replace the touchpad, or possibly. Buy on eBay palmrest with touchpad but I do not know which models palmrestow will fit and what is the part number of the touchpad?

This touchpad is for my model ?

(3) Top cover (includes TouchPad board): ● Bright purple 681822-001 ● Ruby red 681823-001 ● Winter blue 681824-001 ● Sparkling black 681825-001 ● Linen white 685583-001

 

HP only sells the touchpad with the top cover, so only the whole top cover has a part number. 

 

You will sometimes find a seller on eBay who has broken down the top cover and will sell just the touchpad board but there are no instructions in the manual how to work with this:

Absolute certainty is a rare thing. My advice: remove your touchpad and compare it to the picture in the auction.

I have one day to change keyboard and touchpad . I must have touchpad when client bringing me laptop.I dont have now ,laptop , laptop wait in client home.

That is making it tough. Client may have to just understand. I am about 90% sure it is the correct part. Since HP does not give it a part number, hard to be 100% sure.
