I am trying to find out what RAM to buy for my laptop.  I need to know what type of RAM and how many memory slots my laptop has.

Hi:

 

Chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide on your notebook's support page indicates the notebook has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory.
