Ctrl+End as well as Ctrl+Home do not function on my laptop so I am assuming that Num Lock is on. Problem is that there is no NUM LOCK key on the keyboard. Thanks for your kind advice.

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand you are unable to find NUM LOCK on the keyboard of my Spectre x360 Convertable,
To Clarify, do you mean the button can't be located physically? if it isn't that but something you want to enable as such: Click here for a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others.

Thank you for your prompt response.
Yes, I am unable to physically locate the NUM LOCK key on the keyboard because, unusually, none of the keys is marked ‘Num Lock’.
My main problem is not the key per-se but rather that the combinations/shortcuts Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End does not work. Using it does not take me to the end or the start of a document. I am told that the shoetcut does not work is because the Num LOCK key is pressed and I need to undo it.
I would be most grateful for your advice on the matter.
