I bought an nvme m.2 ssd of crucial, when I install the nvme my laptop doesn't turn on, when you press the power button the power light blink once and nothing happens after it. When I removed the nvme ssd my laptop turns on as normal. When I gave it to local work shop he installed his own nvme none of the nvme worked on it , the laptop didn't turn on . But when the nvme is removed it turns on and function normal. Please help me 🥲

According to your service manual (page 2), your M.2 port supports only SATA SSD. Most likely that's the reason why your laptop didn't start with an M.2 NVMe installed.

HP specs indicates your model is fitted with a 1 TB 2.5" hard drive. You can get an M.2 SATA3 SSD, install Windows10 on it and use the current hard drive for data storage. Or you can clone the hard drive to an M.2 SATA and use the HDD as a data drive.
