Hi
I bought hp DA0447TX laptop last week. when I bought charging port is a bit play and loose, is it good.
Charge is getting. Is it good for my lap. My brothers laptop charging cable fit tight .
please replay

@Adarsh-GR If its falling off or you have to hold in for it to charge, then there's an issue as that's not how we design it, considering your brothers laptop is fine, and only you have the loose fit, please check if there are any obstructions or dust inside the charger port causing it to be loose or not connecting properly.

@Adarsh-GR If charging is fine, there's nothing to worry about, If you have any issues in the future, contact us anything within the 1 yr warranty period and we can get it replaced free of charge.
