I brought this HP ENVY x360 Laptop in Feb 2022 and last week the screen hinge poped open just liked that without any know issue. I see there have been lot customers having this issue and posted online in this forum is there anything done by HP to take care of this or recall? Is it design issue that makes the screen hinge pop after an year? Unfortunately I didn't research much on this model as had good experience with other HP products. I don't see an option to contact customer service easily on out of warranty product. What are my options? This is really frustrating.

Thank you, I did contact HP support and since my product is out of warranty the repair cost is $400+.
The cost is outrageous and this model seems to have serious issues with the hinge pop out so many customers have posted the same. HP should fix this issue free or recall the model. The support person gave me recall department contact 866-671-7362 which is not working. Can you please provide me correct contact for recall department?
