Product: HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (71H58AV)
Hello,
I have a problem with 2 laptops HP ProBook 450 G10. On both laptops I had message about problem with battery and after checking the battery using HP Support Assistant I got the error code and a recommendation to replace the battery as soon as possible.
I register a new HP account, add 2 laptops with the battery problem, enter error code
M7JF79-C2LC5H-MFPWXG-C0FD23 (1 laptop) and press button to create a new case, but the new case is not created. The web page tries unsuccessfully to login me and is constantly updated.
I tried to do this many time but every time I’ve faced the same problem.
Best regards,
Aleksandr.
