Hello, Lately I've been facing Battery issues and I want to replace the Battery for my HP Pavilion 15 P077tx, but I can't find the original product anywhere ?(My location: India)
and further,:
1. I've some screen issues, it has Black spots on the Left Upper side, it started with some horizontal lines, but now it has developed into a Black Spot. Is there any way to Fix this issue? and if not, then It means that I've to replace the Screen, so where do I find the Screen replacement for my Laptop, and Also, My Laptop currently doesn't plays 4K Videos properly(it stutters), so, can I Upgrade to a FHD Display if I'm planning to buy a new Screen?
2. I don't use the CD-Drive Anymore, so I want to replace that with a SSD, can I do that in this model? and If yes, then how much additional Storage (SSD) can I add and of what kind (There are lots of types of SSD right, like M.2, NVME and god knows what). And if I want to boot my system with the SSD, i.e. install my System and Programs on the SSD(it will load faster right?) How can I do that without losing My data
3. I also Want to Upgrade my RAM, I had disassembled the PC and saw that there is an extra slot for RAM upgradation, but some people say that Maximum RAM Supported by this Model (p077tx) is 12GB and some says it's 16GB, so please tell me the Maximum RAM Supported by My Laptop, and also, what would be better for the additional RAM, the exact same RAM(Samsung 1060 Mhz ....) which is preinstalled on the Device, or some other RAM (like those of Crucial's 1600MHz RAMs) in terms of Performance.
thank you

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are looking for the replacement battery and the screen for your computer. Also, want to upgrade the RAM and install an SSD on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in ordering the parts for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
For the RAM upgrade, the maximum supported RAM on your computer is 12 GB. You can remove the optical disk drive and install an SSD on the computer. However, it is not recommended by HP and you can try this at your own risk.
Refer to the below service guide for your computer for more information.
