Product: HP 15-cb079nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My hard drive failed and I intend to replace it, but I can't get the bottom off. All the screws are out, but there isn't any switch or slide to take it off. HP support has not been able to help me.

Hi
To remove the bottom cover:
Position the computer upside down with the front toward you.
Remove the two upper rubber feet.
Remove the two Phillips PM2.5×6.0 screws
under the two upper rubber feet that secure the bottom
cover to the computer.
Remove the five Phillips PM2.0×6.0 screws that secure the bottom cover to the computer.
Component replacement procedures
Using a non-marking tool, start prying near a corner of the computer and work around to the back to
separate the bottom cover from computer
, and then remove the bottom cover
.
Reverse this procedure to install the bottom cover
