I had used this "sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable winbind nemo" and this "winecfg" to install "Wine" but it didn't install correctly and since then it asks me for a password and despite the fact that I typed my password correctly. It's telling me it's not. Can you help me? I'd like you to help me avoid resetting my Hp Chromebook 14, as I have a lot of important files.

Hi @richardsonoge,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing a battery issue with your HP X360 14c-cc0004NA i5 Chromebook. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a hard reset:
- Power off the laptop.
- Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
- Power ON the laptop and check.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
