Hi @Youssef8888,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
HP Power Manager is a utility software that allows users to customize power settings on HP laptops for battery conservation and performance optimization. Power management features are integrated into the Windows operating system.
To manage power settings on your HP Pavilion Laptop 15, you can use the built-in power options in Windows:
- Open Power Options: Type "Power Options" in the Windows search bar and select "Power Options" from the search results.
- Choose a Power Plan: In the Power Options window, you'll see several predefined power plans like "Balanced," "Power Saver," and "High Performance." Choose the plan that best suits your needs. You can also customize a plan by clicking on "Change plan settings" next to the plan.
- Adjust Advanced Power Settings: You can further customize power settings by clicking on "Change advanced power settings" in the Power Options window. Here, you can fine-tune settings such as processor power management, display brightness, and sleep options.
- Battery Saver Feature: Windows also includes a Battery Saver feature that automatically conserves battery life by limiting background activity and adjusting hardware settings when your battery is low. You can access this feature by clicking on the battery icon in the system tray and toggling Battery Saver mode.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
