I'd like to upgrade my drive in my 2016 HP Pavilion X360 M3-u103dx. Youtube videos show both a hard drive and a SSD. How do I tell without taking the laptop apart?

You give a model number and a part number and they do not match. Is it an 11 inch or a 13 inch model?
