I cant open up my laptop see how many memory slots i have because i dont want dust to get on my moving parts. Does anyone know how many memory slots are in my laptop HP Laptop 15-bs1xx ? Also max supported RAM would help. I would really appreciate it if someone would tell me here or by email at [Personal Information Removed] Thank you!

Hi:

 

Your model has two memory slots and the max memory is 2 x 8 GB of memory.

 

Here is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info.

 

Chapter 6 has the memory removal and replacement procedure.
