HP Laptop 13th Gen Intel core processor. Dropped it from about 2.5 feet. I'm pretty sure it was still on when I picked it up to check if I broke it. I noticed later that it wouldn't power on. The blue light didn't come on when I pushed power and this is after letting it charge all night.
Also I tried taking out the cord, I did notice the power box on the cord was warm. Let that cool plugged it back in and nothing.
The light near the power port was red and went to blue after charging all night, but again the power button on keyboard wont light up, nor will screen come on. Can anyone help. I did notice one small screw is missing on the back where the battery I'm guessing is .......
