Last night I dropped my laptop from a 1 meter table to a parquet floor and caused:
1. The lower-leftside of my laptop's edge is a bit loose fitting.
2. Some dead pixels on the edges, but only when I firstly started the laptop until 2 minutes after.
3. Blurry screen and fuzzy images far from HD Screen all the time, (as if a display on windows XP), but when I play a 1080p above quality video (from YouTube for example), the display quality works quite fine.
Is this something that I can fix without buying new hardware components? If yes please share your knowledge here, cause most of the stores in my city are closed at the moment ://///
Anyway I've tried these things too, and it didn't work:
1. Try to look for any Windows Updates, Mine is up to date to the latest but it still didn't solve anything.
2. Adjust the screen resolution to the recommended one, My resolution already as the recommended one.
I'd really appreciate your quick responsess, Thankss!!! 🙂

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
- Have you checked the display on an external monitor? You can use a computer connecting to an external monitor as an alternate fix without changing any hardware.
let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:
I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,
If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
