I expected a pen in the box?

HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0003na

Took delivery from HPstore yesterday and all good except that I was expecting a pen/Stylus in the box.  The only extra bits were the USB/HDMI connector and the power pack/cable

Was I wromg, the same mocel in John Lewis had the stylus

Our Communitry does not have any access to HP Sales or any HP Service.

Even if we speculate as to the reasons, it is just that, speculation based on no information.

Speculation

Not sure what John Lewis might be - if it is a merchant, then if that merchant offers a pen, then the merchant may be offering the pen as an incentive that you purchase your device from that merchant instead of someone else.

What to do

If you believe the pen should have been included, and indeed the documentation at the sales hub says this is the case, then  talk to the Sales Department.  Use the same contact information you used when you purchased the device, or contact the same store using the information on the website.
